Our postpartum doulas are professionally trained to help you navigate all of the ways to feed your baby, share tips and tricks to help your baby (and you) sleep better, and listen as you share the highs and lows of new parenthood.
Your family is unique. That means your support needs are unique. We will work with you to create a custom postpartum support package that works for your family’s exact needs whether you need us day or night or around the clock.

We recognize that every member of your family deserves attention and nurturing care during this transition; that includes you, your partner, your new baby’s siblings, grandparents, and even your pets. It’s our way of supporting you in building a strong family foundation from the start.
Unbiased Feeding Support
We are proud to be the only Portland-based doula agency that provides an Infant Feeding Specialist to our clients. Our postpartum doulas are versed in all forms of infant feeding and able to refer when a specialist is required. Our role is to support you in the feeding choices that suit you and your baby.
Infant Sleep Strategies
Sleep is an essential part of your baby’s development (and your personal sanity!) Your postpartum doula will work with you from day one to develop a gentle, mindful sleep strategy that will be in accordance with AAP guidelines and will complement your family’s lifestyle and values.
The transition to parenthood looks different for each family. Although our focus is on the first 8 weeks of postpartum recovery and new parenthood, we are able to extend our services as needed through your baby’s first year--providing continuity of care with a dedicated doula or team of doulas.

NEW! Childbirth Classes for Intended & Adoptive Parents
As Intended and Adoptive Parents you want to be as involved as possible in every area of your newborn's life before and after birth, but confusion about where you fit in the birth process can often leave you feeling out of the loop.
Choose from a 4-hour private live class with your instructor or an online modular class to watch at your own pace. The class is considerate of the sensitive nature of your birth experience and desire to be an integral part of it. It is taught one-on-one, and live virtually with a professionally trained Childbirth Educator.
